Overview
Knowing English and Speaking English are not the same. In preparing for the PSLE Oral Examinations, it is important that students not only know which words and tenses to use, but they need to know how to articulate them.
Speaking well “fluently” and “mastery” of the English language must not be confused. A master of the English language may not be a fluent speaker. Likewise, a fluent speaker may not necessarily be a master of the English language. In short, “speaking well” and “mastery” are not synonymous.
Speaking well could make the difference between passing the PSLE examination, and passing it well.
The “Speaking Well – PSLE Oral Examination Prep” workshop will help students understand the difference between diction and articulation, project confidence and open the door to a successful Oral Examination. Make the examiner want and enjoy listening to you.
Speaking well is an art that CAN be learned.
